Juliet Melbourne is a unique basement cocktail bar and events space situated in the CBD, just near Melbourne's theatres and Parliament House, currently seeking a hospitality professional to lead our FOH team who is looking to advance the business with sound knowledge of cocktails and spirits.
- 2 consecutive days off per week

Juliet Melbourne is seeking a floor supervisor/bar supervisor to join the team.

What you’ll bring:

- High standards of presentation for both yourself and your work
- Experience in a similar establishment

- Knowledge of wine service & classic cocktails
