**Employee Relations Specialist**

We are looking for an experienced ER/IR Specialist to assist our client, responsible for full support and advice in relation to their ongoing industrial relations compliance across the business group.

In this key role, you will be reporting to the HR Manager and conducting regular audits to ensure Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements are being applied correctly. You will be interpreting and taking action on various IR compliance activities in which you will be collaborating with the broader HR team and leaders to share your findings, expertise and knowledge.

**Experience required for this role;**
- Negotiating Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs)
- Extensive experience in an Employee Relations Specialist role for a minimum of 3-5 years
- Experience in human resources, industrial relations, remuneration, payroll auditing
- Compliance focused with the ability to get into the detail
- Strong ability to understand and interpret employment legislations and agreements
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel and the ability to analyse large amounts of data
- Exceptional relationship management skills and associated articulate communication skills

The initial assignment will be for an
**initial 12 month fixed term** contract, with a view to commence ASAP. Whilst you'll have the opportunity to work across either of two offices, south of the river, there is scope for full flexibility in relation to
