**What this opportunity involves**:
Join our dedicated service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences through integrated reception, concierge, and administrative support, proactively addressing client needs while maintaining professional standards within our Government Agency client building.
**An Overview of the role**:
Professional front-of-house and visitor services
Remote support for other sites
Room booking management and setup
Catering and cleaning coordination
AV equipment and video conferencing management
Car park and locker administration
Defect reporting and maintenance coordination
Call handling and teleconference support
Mail distribution and service reporting

We seek a skilled professional with proven customer service excellence and administrative expertise to deliver outstanding support across our integrated service platform.
Australian Citizenship is essential due to client requirements.
Preferred experience in hospitality/hotel environment or reception.
Ability to obtain and hold an Agency PEP Clearance and/or any additional associated Entity clearances.
