Leaders in development, manufacturing and deployment of ground-breaking treatments, this company has been changing lives on a global scale for over 20 years. Based in the Melbourne CBD, and as a result of some exciting growth, they are currently looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee their QA Team.

Your new role

As a QA Manager with this business, you will be responsible for:

- Oversight and approval for a range of programs.
- Product batch review processes along with release of clinical trial products.
- Ensuring day-to-day there is ample support for manufacturing.
- Management of communications between the business and external clients including ensuring escalation and turnaround timelines are met.
- Development and collation of Quality metrics.
- Management of the wider Quality team including being responsible for various development plans.

What you’ll need to succeed Along with having proven success as a Quality Manager, you’ll also have:

- In depth knowledge and a qualification in GMP biologics manufacturing.
- Tertiary qualifications in biology or science.
- Previous manufacturing experience in a GMP environment.
- Proven experience and success in managing a team of direct reports.
- Demonstrated ability in developing technical and scientific staff.
- A diligent and high-quality approach to your work.
- A proven ability in making decisions around high value and high-risk products.

What you’ll get in return
- $120,000 - $135,000 + Super.
