**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Workplace Ambassador, you will be in charge of one of the busiest places in the office - The Front Desk

Constantly on the go, you will provide a warm welcome to visitors and guide them and our employees along the way. You will be the benchmark for a lasting, first impression. Use your critical thinking and innovative mindset to improve and maintain the front office as well as deliver professional customer service through your clean presentation and confident communication skills.

**An Overview of the role**:
Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client expectations
Implement improvement initiatives for the front office to enhance visitor experience
Assist in managing all contractors on-site to ensure adherence to required standards
Coordinate the preparation and booking of conference rooms
Assist with weekly consumables orders
Escort clients and contractors
Participate in risk management, including disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Adhere to JLL’s business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm’s guidelines, procedures and strategies

**Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for**:
1 -5 years’ experience in front desk management or reception
Proven experience with continuous improvement initiatives and client reporting
Familiarity with occupational safety requirements
Warm and welcoming nature with a passion for creating lasting impressions
Highly confident communicator and strong and professional interpersonal skills
Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver services to a high degree of quality
Passion to foster a team culture which aligns with our ‘I am JLL’ core behaviours
Demonstrated ability to liaise with vendors to deliver efficient services
Problem solving skills, capable of dealing with ambiguity and complex problem solving
