Rentokil Pest Control in Adelaide have an excellent opportunity for a local Service Manager - Pest to join our team servicing the Adelaide region on a permanent full time basis. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Pest Technicians to ensure quality delivery of service and customer satisfaction. The main duties for this role will include, but not be limited to: - Supervise, develop and coach the Pest Technician team - Conduct & participate in monthly team and safety toolbox meetings - Conduct regular quality audits - Inducting new staff members to the team - Managing and scheduling service runs - Administration related to servicing activities - Managing customer feedback - Covering service runs for Pest Technicians when required - Previous experience in a Supervisory or Management role (minimum 2 years) - Certificate IV Front line Management (desirable) - Excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills - People management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well under pressure and meet KPI’s - Time management skills - A current Australian Driver's licence is essential Please note that our recruitment process involves the completion of reference checks, medical checks and police checks.
