**About the Role**

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable **Ministerial Drivers** to provide safe, discreet and efficient transport services for Ministers, Office Holders, and senior public officials across Sydney and regional NSW. This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and a strong service ethic.

You will be part of the **Transport Services** team within the **Finance and Operations**branch at the Premier’s Department. In this trusted and high-visibility role, your contribution supports the seamless operation of vital government activities. You will also assist with light vehicle maintenance and related duties.

**We're Looking For**
- ** Reliability & Competence**:A highly reliable and skilled driver who upholds the highest safety standards on the road
- ** Local Knowledge**: Extensive experience and deep knowledge of Sydney's road network, including an understanding of regional NSW areas and driving conditions
- ** Client Communication**: A proven ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with high-profile clients, officials, and stakeholders
- ** Professional Presentation**: Service-oriented with a commitment to maintaining a high standard of personal presentation and vehicle cleanliness
- ** Integrity & Discretion**:Strong professionalism, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with clients and stakeholders
- ** Flexibility**:Ability to work an ad-hoc schedule, with flexibility to adapt to short-notice assignments, varying hours throughout the day, and occasional weekend work

**Eligibility & Pre-Employment Checks**

- Have existing Australian work rights
- Be capable of physical duties (e.g., assisting with luggage)

- Driving and navigation test

**Salary**:Ministerial Driver Classification. Package includes base salary of $69,116 per annum, plus superannuation (11.5%) and leave loading.

**Casual hourly rate**:$34.86, plus casual loadings, shift allowances and employer contributions to superannuation.
