**Description**:
We are currently seeking an experienced, high performing Executive Assistant to join our Lite n’ Easy team in Banyo.

This is a key role supporting the CEO and the greater Lite n’ Easy group, as well as other business units. In this busy and diverse role, you will provide high level administrative support across a broad range of tasks including but not limited to:
Coordination and preparation of meetings for internal and external stakeholders, including minute taking and following up action items
Administrative support on Capital Expenditure and major projects
Preparation of business reports, presentations and completing research
Fast and accurate processing of client and internal documentation
Working autonomously and managing confidential information
Generalist office administrative support including all correspondence, diary management and travel arrangements

You are a proven and passionate Executive Assistant with excellent communication skills, high attention to detail and strong time management skills. You are able to establish effective relationships both internally and externally; and are personable and professional.

You can prioritise effectively, manage competing tasks easily and work with a sense of urgency. You have the ability to anticipate needs without instruction, exercise initiative and are happy to work autonomously.

Sound working knowledge of MS Office is essential, as is a ‘can-do’ attitude.
