**Exciting Opportunity for Male Disability Support Workers - Join a Life-Changing Journey**

Are you a calm, reliable, and compassionate male support worker ready to make a real difference in a young person’s life?

We’re on the lookout for a gentle, patient, and supportive male support worker to join the care team for a pleasant 17-year-old male with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and a mild intellectual disability. This is more than a job - it’s a meaningful role where you’ll be a positive, stabilising presence in his world.

**Shifts Available (Sleepover a Must)**
- **Weekdays**: 2:30pm - 8:00pm | 8:00pm-10:00pm + sleepover followed by 6:00am-9:30am the next day
- **Weekends**: 9:00pm - 3:00pm | 3:00pm - 8:00pm | 8:00pm-10:00pm + sleepover followed by 6:00am-9:30am the next day

Must be available for sleepovers and flexible across weekdays and weekends.

**Location**:
Werribee (includes occasional transport to/from family home in Lara)

**You’ll Be Involved In**:

- 1:1 constant supervision & support
- Managing behaviours of concern (BOCs): self-harm, physical aggression, and wandering
- Medication administration
- Community access & activity support (group outings, family visits)
- Building a trusting bond through shadow shifts at the family home

**Requirements**:

- Gentle, non-intimidating nature
- Mental Health, ASD & BOC experience
- Personal vehicle with full driver’s licence & comprehensive insurance
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Experience with youth/underage clients - Highly valued

**Pay Rates**
SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax):

- Base hourly rate: $33.96
- Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $37.36
- Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $38.04
- Saturday: $47.55
- Sunday: $61.13
- Public holiday: $74.72
