Are you a Photographer looking for a change? BMF are on the lookout for someone just like you

We're not just looking for someone with expert photographic experience and the ability to create best in class work, but someone who also brings knowledge and experience of weekly retail accounts too.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Delivering to weekly schedules
- Shoot and management of the weekly campaign shoot needs for our clients, particularly Aldi
- Interpret briefs for accuracy of shots
- Supporting the creative process by ensuring shots are on brief and on time
- Input on process for a clear briefing process to minimise reshoots
- Ensuring check in stages of project to appropriately monitor progress
- Ensure escalation when costs are outside of retainer, and when extra costs may be incurred

What you'll bring includes:

- Over 3 years photography experience including the use of camera's, lighting, sets, props, and additional equipment
- Financial acumen with understanding of how a studio operates
- Experience in retail photography, ideally catalogues
- Good understanding of Photoshop, and knowledge of retouching process
- Understanding of colour management and image specifications
- Ability to present to external clients as needed
