We’re on the lookout for passionate, reliable, and people-focused photographers to join our casual photography team. As a **Childcare Photographer**, you’ll work weekday mornings (no weekends) visiting childcare centres to photograph young children aged 0-6 in a fun, fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Whether you’re a professional photographer looking to fill weekday hours or someone returning to work who’s great with kids and confident behind the camera—we want to hear from you.

⭐ **The Role**
- **Casual contract** (ABN required)
- **Feb-Nov, school terms only** (no school holiday work)
- Morning shoots (typically from **8:00am**)
- Travel to local childcare centres to capture portraits, sibling images, and class photos
- Use natural light and backdrops provided by the environment or our simple setups
- Select and upload images daily from home
- Training provided in our unique child-focused style
- Work independently but with full support from our friendly team

**Equipment Requirements**

We’re looking for photographers who:

- Own or have access to a **DSLR or mirrorless camera** (full-frame preferred)
- Use a **24-70mm f/2.8 portrait lens** or similar quality portrait lens
- Are confident shooting in **natural light** (we rarely use flash)
- Have a **flash unit** (used only when needed)
- Can cull/upload images using your own **laptop/computer**:

- Have backup **memory cards and batteries**

**You’ll Need**:

- Experience working with or photographing **children aged 0-6**:

- Be and excellent **communicator**:

- A valid **Working With Children Check**:

- A reliable **car** and **driver’s licence**:

- A current **ABN**:

- A calm, **friendly personality** and confidence directing young children
