**About the Role**

We’re looking for vibrant and skilled photographers to join our team, capturing the joy and innocence of young children in childcare settings. As part of our team, you'll visit childcare centres on weekday mornings during school terms to photograph children and staff in a variety of poses and settings. You’ll work with a mix of natural surroundings or vinyl backdrops to create memorable images.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Photograph Children**: Capture individual and group photos of children, as well as their interactions with siblings and educators.
- **Maintain Quality**: Ensure all photos meet our high standards of image quality and composition.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with other photographers and childcare centre staff to maintain and build strong client relationships.
- **Post-Processing**: Review, Select and upload images from each session

**What We’re Looking For**
- _**Experience with Children**_: Proven background in working with children, preferably in a childcare or educational setting.
- **Photography Skill**: Proficiency with professional cameras and photographic equipment.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and/or Bridge.
- **Reliability**: Punctual, dependable, and able to work under time constraints.
- **Communication**: Strong skills in interacting with both adults and children.
- **Transportation**: Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
- **Availability**: Ability to be on location from 8 am on weekdays.
- **Certification**: Current ABN and valid Working with Children Check.
- **Child-Friendly**: Relaxed, calm, and compassionate with a natural affinity for working with children.
- **Personable**: Friendly, patient, and adaptable with a fun and enthusiastic approach to photography.
- **Creative**: Passionate about photography with a desire to deliver high-quality results and contribute creative ideas.
- **Energetic**: A healthy, energetic attitude and strong team spirit. Being a child at heart is a bonus

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 9 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Photography: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- Full Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
