As our Customer Service Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our sales operations. You’ll manage the main counter, lead a motivated team, and build strong relationships with customers and the local trades community.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations at the main sales counter
- Set tasks and goals for the sales team
- Connect with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Build and maintain relationships within the trades community
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for growth
- Work closely with Management team to build sales
- Engage with team to maintain a strong team culture
**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in sales big box management, preferably in the tools or trades industry
- Strong leadership and task management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Knowledge of various trades and the tools they require
- A drive to want to help customers
