As an integral part of the Customer Service Team, you will ensure that customers are highly regarded and receive exceptional service throughout the flow of accurate order processing, including readying loads for shipment and managing inbound and outbound inquiries.

By maintaining effective daily communication with the McCain sales team and key stakeholders including but not limited to customers, transport suppliers, cold stores you will respond and resolve any internal/external customer queries or complaints ensuring we continue to deliver a high level of service whilst consistently meeting the ongoing needs of our customers.

**About the Role**
- Responsible for on time, accurate supply of orders
- Provide informed, accurate and prompt responses to customer inquiries
- Process accurate & timely customer returns
- Provide load out summaries to cold stores and transport carriers
- Create, distribute and file Incident Reports regarding defined McCain or Vendor performance failures

**About You**
- Extensive experience in customer service within distribution / supply chain environment
- Accurate data entry skills and document management paired with well organised approach to record keeping
- Ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships - developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time
- Analytical thinking - the position requires analysing information and using logic to address work related issues and problems
- High computer literacy with strong skills in Microsoft word and in particular Microsoft Excel
