Our client is electrical contractor who deliver a profitable Electrical and HVAC Trade services and showcase the DAIKIN product in our new & replacement air conditioning sales. Local professionals for over 12 years, we continue to grow a customer base of domestic, light commercial, real estate and strata clients across South Brisbane and the upper reaches of the Gold Coast.

As the company continues to expand, they are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join the team.

**The Position**:
In the position of Administration Assistant, you will bring excellent customer service skills, impeccable attention to detail, initiative to problem solve and multi task in an ever-changing environment. Day to day responsibilities will include:

- Liaising with suppliers and clients
- General administration duties as required - filing, scanning, laminating, collecting mail.

**What are we looking for?**

Key skills and attributes required for the role:

- Effective communication skills, both written and oral as you will be communicating with internal and external customers on a daily basis
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience - preferred
- Demonstrate a strong sense of initiative with the ability to plan, prioritise and multitask whilst working to tight deadlines.
