We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Event/Lounge Bar Supervisor to join our team on a part-time basis. As our business expands with the open up of level 16th Sol Rooftop, this role will become the full time hour if you are fit.

As the Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our events and lounge bar, providing exceptional service to our guests and leading a team of enthusiastic professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lounge bar and events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service delivery.
- Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism.
- Coordinate with management to plan and execute special events, ensuring all client requirements are met and exceeded.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to meet demand.
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability while maintaining quality standards.
- Foster positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members to enhance the overall guest experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in events or lounge bar management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of beverage and cocktail preparation techniques is highly desirable.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and willingness to enforce compliance.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $33.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Bar: 2 years (preferred)
