We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team at our award winning venue, Grill Americano.

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team to deliver exceptional experience for both our guests and crew. You will ensure a high standard of service and restaurant operations whilst promoting a positive work culture.
- Demonstrated experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in an a-la-carte restaurant
- Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on the crew experience
- Exceptional service skills and guest focused
- Strong understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods
- Proven ability in building effective relationships
- Organisational and time management skills
- Experience using a time & attendance system, Deputy or similar
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Must hold a valid RSA
