About Grill Americano
Nothing says “Melbourne” more than the blending of cultures and cuisines that seems just right. Enter Grill Americano, an Italian restaurant built around fire, with the finest Australian meat and seafood, laced in nostalgia with classic, tableside service.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team. Deliver exceptional dining experience for both our guests and crew. You will ensure a high standard of service and restaurant operations whilst promoting a positive work culture.
The Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrated restaurant management experience in an a-la-carte restaurant
- Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on the crew experience
- Exceptional service skills and guest focused
- Strong understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods
- Proven ability in building effective relationships
- Organisational and time management skills
- Experience using a time & attendance system, Deputy or similar
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
