Next Tier Innovations Pty Ltd is seeking a talented individual to take on this full-time role in our Sydney, NSW office. As a Civil Engineering Technician, you will play a crucial part in supporting our civil and structural engineering projects, contributing to the success of our growing business.

**What you'll be doing**
- Assisting civil and structural engineers with design, analysis, and project delivery
- Conducting field inspections and site assessments
- Precise record keeping for all works undertaken on site
- Preparing technical drawings, reports, and documentation
- Performing material testing
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery
- Staying up-to-date with industry standards and best practices

**What we're looking for**
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Civil Engineering Technician
- Proficiency in using engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Excel, and project management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- A passion for continuous learning and professional development

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
