About the Role

As
Technical Associate
, you will:

  • Lead the design and delivery of major civil and infrastructure projects.
  • Act as a technical authority and mentor for engineers, designers, and technicians.
  • Manage client relationships and contribute to business development.
  • Play a key role in project direction and strategy, balancing technical and commercial outcomes.

What You'll Bring

  • Chartered Professional Engineer (

  • 10+ years' experience in civil and infrastructure design and delivery.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and clients.
