The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Manager (Business and Clinical Optimisation) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 10 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
- Provide timely development of options analysis, business cases, program plans, project plans/reports and evaluation reports
- Engage with a broad range of stakeholders to identify opportunities to optimise and innovate in business and clinical service delivery
- Identify, review and critique service improvement strategies, including the analysis and evaluation of partnerships
- Build the capacity and self-sustaining capability of our staff, our community, and others through skill development, coaching and mentoring

About you

**To be successful in this position you will require**:

- While not mandatory, a university qualification in a relevant clinical field and/or business/management field would be highly regarded
- Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (Chicken Pox), Pertussis (Whooping Cough), Hepatitis B and COVID 19
- Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed

Salary
- Permanent full time
- Base salary ranging from $135 456 - $143 329 per annum
