**There has never been a better time to join The Star Gold Coast as the** Asset Protection Assurance and Process Optimisation Manager.**

The Asset Protection Assurance and Process Optimisation Manager is responsible for reviewing, scrutinising, and revising the Asset Protection’s operational processes and ICM’s to develop processes and documentation to form the basis of leadership for the asset protection team. They will validate compliance with all agreed processes, standard operating procedures, work instructions and rules, as well as examining, critiquing, and improving workflow efficiencies and providing business leads assurance that these are being always adhered to.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Development operational strategies to fulfil documentation and compliance targets and optimise efficiency and effectiveness of operations Work closely with the management team to identify talent and accelerate development through formal and informal programs
- Work closely with the Asset Protection management team to identify and accelerate gaps in systems and processes to support effective management solutions for the team formal and informal programs
- Review, align and develop procedures, instructions and associated documentation to improve operational accountability and consistency
- Review and monitor all regulatory requirements for Asset Protection, Safety & Security, RSA, Team Entry and Lost Property to ensure processes / SOP’s in place to ensure compliance.
- Liaise with business unit leads to ensure all SOP’s, and training materials are adequate and aligned with business practices, industry standards and ICM’s

**What are we looking for?**
- In depth knowledge of Access Control Systems and ID Processes
- Knowledge of Key Management Systems
- In depth knowledge of DVR / Bodyworn Camera Systems
- Experience in developing industry relevant procedures, instructions and associated documentation
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Exceptional understanding of gaming processes
