**Description of Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrated business development track record of establishing a client base and building teams.
**Desirable Requirements**:
- Previous consulting experience, including managing teams in a competitive consulting environment. Experience working in and managing multi-disciplinary project teams, under dynamic and sometimes challenging conditions.

- Ability to travel at short notice to both national and international destinations.
- Desire to exceed client expectations.
**In return for considering a future with us, we offer**:
- An attractive compensation package.
- Diversity of projects and clients within a non-hierarchical technically-focussed consultancy environment.
- Opportunity to be involved in the management of the business in terms of strategic planning and targeted business development.
