About the role

Redcape Hotel Group is currently seeking a committed hospitality professional to join their leadership team in the role of Gaming Manager. The role will report to the Venue Manager in a Fairfield Venue, collaborating & working alongside other key leadership roles to deliver excellence.

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting into the Venue Manager, you will lead the execution of gaming excellence principles to deliver performance;
- Lead through our values & team promise
- Build outstanding gaming teams across both venues - recruitment, development, training
- Provide excellent customer experience across precinct gaming operations
- Ensuring our exceptional venue gaming excellence principles are met.
- Collaborate with organisational operational gaming management to highlight areas of opportunity, gap analysis and lead the implementation and delivery of exceptional experience.
