Ultimate Soccer is a leading multi-million dollar soccer complex, equipped with FIFA-grade, all-weather pitches.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute dynamic session plans emphasizing fun, engagement, and skill development for players of all levels.
- Create a positive and inclusive environment where players feel motivated to learn, take risks, and express themselves on the field.
- Incorporate age-appropriate games, challenges, and activities to keep sessions exciting and reinforce key skills and concepts.
- Provide personalized feedback along with written reports to players
- Oversee and delegate to assistant coaches and staff to ensure smooth sessions
- Have the autonomy to make sessions your own, bringing your own coaching style and creativity.
- Opportunity for additional hours and involvement in the continuous development of the coaching program.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Extensive coaching experience, particularly in youth development, preferably at beginner to intermediate levels.
- Hold a 'C' License or higher
- Working With Children Check
- First aid certification preferred.
- Available Monday-Friday 5pm-7pm

Pay: Up to $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
