This is the perfect next step for an Allocator or an experienced Internal Recruiter with an established network in the civil construction sector.

In this role, you will be working closely with Victoria’s leading Plant Hire companies recruiting **Subcontractor /** **Owner Operators** to work in the Civil Construction sector mainly with Tier 1 & Tier 2 businesses recruiting Owner Operators with earthmoving machinery / equipment, trucks - tippers & more.

**Your experience and skills**:

- Previous experience recruiting Subcontractors / Owner Operators - _**Plant Hire Industry Advantage**_
- An adaptable recruitment approach to deliver best outcomes, while influencing a focus on high quality hiring
- A team approach to getting the best results
- Excellent communication
- Proficient using various platforms ( LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search, Social Media Platforms) to identify new operators

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
