Our client is an award-winning fashion & entertainment agency that is growing year on year. Culturally they pride themselves on being supportive, inclusive, and hard-working. Due to a period of growth, they are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their team, reporting to the Financial Controller and supporting the Assistant Accountant.

**The Role**:
Your role as the Accounts Assistant will include but is not limited to:

- Maintaining the debtor ledger
- Building relationships with clients
- Generating invoices
- Entering invoices into the system
- Chasing client payments
- Setting up and Maintenance of vendor/supplier details
- Payroll data entry

As the role develops, you can take on more around helping with aged reporting, fixed asset maintenance, cashflow reporting etc.

**Your Background**:
To be considered for this role, you will possess most of the following attributes:

- 3-6 months minimum of experience in an entry-level Accounts/Administration role
- Proactive personality
- Confident communicator
- Natural relationship builder
- High level of attention to detail
- Intermediate excel skills (vlookups, pivots)
- Willingness and eagerness to learn
