**Your new role**

As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and development of Pay products across Australia and New Zealand.

You will ensure that key initiatives are well managed and that all elements of the value chain are operating effectively to drive optimal commercial outcomes for the Credit Card team and the broader enterprise.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You’ll have proven experience interpreting the performance of existing products, managing product P&L and performance, and collaborating with key stakeholders to develop initiatives to improve overall profitability.

You’ll be comfortable managing an entire product lifecycle from concept to launch to end of life, ensuring timely execution and continuous improvement.

You’ll also be strong at identifying, evaluating and building a business case for new business and product opportunities. You can evidence this with business models to substantiate the opportunity and ‘size of the prize.’
