**What you’ll do**
- Responsible for the day to day monitoring of systems and equipment to achieve daily throughput outcomes
- Reporting on and communicating performance against the overall Operational Plan and specific KPIs
- Leading and contributing to strategy development and performance improvement across the CFC
- Ability to analyse information, identify trends, prioritise issues and report findings to Operations leadership
- Participation in system testing including DILO, operations readiness and commissioning activitiesMonitoring CFC Inbound, Decant, Picking and Despatch progress against the daily Operational Plan to ensure customer metrics are met.
**What you’ll bring**
- Proven experience in an operations role, preferably in a fast-paced distribution centre or order fulfilment environment.
- Proven experience in a role encompassing planning, process control or workflow control with a well developed capability to measure and monitor processes and process data/dashboards.
- A deep understanding of safety protocols and risk management, with a commitment to ensuring that safety is embedded in all aspects of operations.A track record of driving continuous improvement and delivering results in a complex, matrix environment.
