**What you’ll do
- Accountable for automation up time, systems and technology infrastructures to ensure the continued performance and reliability of the automated fulfilment operation
- Management of the onsite Automation team as the primary relationship holder
- Develop, implement, monitor, and improve preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and resource utilisation

**What you’ll bring
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to optimise team performance and development.
- Experience in reliability management across automation, manufacturing or engineering
- Proven track record of contract and contractor managementProficient in computer skills to run data analysis, create reports, graphs, charts, presentations, training packages
