Just Digital People are partnering with one of my favorite clients to help them beef out their Account manager teams due to rapid growth We are looking for a Client Services Lead to join the team If the below sounds like a bit of you, I want to hear from you My client is an awesome full-service digital agency that has seen an impressive amount of growth over the last year and now have around 50 employees spanning across Melbourne (HQ), Sydney, Brisbane and in America.
**The Account Director is responsible for 3 key areas**:
- Strategic development
- Client retention
- Team development
**About you**:
- 6+ years in account management in a digital marketing agency
- Develop strong, multi-layered relationships with your clients to build loyalty and trust
- Manage a team of up to 4 account managers and Account executives
- Identify opportunities for growth in the clients’ retainers and ensure the deliverables are relevant to the client objectives over time.
- You'll keep learning and growing, and will work to stay on top of emerging marketing and tech trends
