- Meet and Greet visitors
- Manage mail
- Maintain office
- Manage calls
- Key/ File Management
- Assist with HR administration
- Assist with event organisation
- Be the point of contact for building management
- Be the point of contact for contractors
- Time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous administration experience
- Confidence to work both autonomously and as a member of a busy team
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Intermediate MS Office skills
