Coordination of all front desk & reception activities
Complete customer services experiences with the certain WOW factor
Comprehensive understanding of all FO activities, services, product & building facilities
Lead & develop a highly sophisticated & dedicated team
“Down to earth” approach to daily operation, product, presentation & service
Strong communicator with clear vision and organisational chart, representing the leading concierge company in Australia
**Salary**: From $66,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
**Experience**:
- Hotel or corporate Building: 5 years (required)
