**About Green Beacon**:
A pioneer of the Brisbane craft beer scene, Green Beacon was founded in 2013 with the vision of creating a world-class beer culture for the people of Brisbane. It started with a couple of beers on the sandunes of Moreton Island, Queensland. Looking back over the bay towards Brisbane, a Green Beacon was spotted, an idea then sprouted, and Brisbane’s first craft brewery was born.

**Your Impact**:
With that being said we have an opportunity for a talented Brand manager to join our team as the Brand & Trade Marketing Manager. Located at our brewery in Teneriffe, you will be working within a close-knit team with ties to our join venture business Carlton & United Breweries.

Your new role will be responsible for working hand in hand with the General Manager to lead the Marketing strategy of the brand and support the sales team in executing trade plans. You will have the opportunity to continuously build on the Green Beacon brand, generating consumer demand and converting this demand into ongoing product sales.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement brand plans
- Identify issues, opportunities, objectives, strategies and action plans in the areas of packaging evolution, creative development, co-development of integrated communications, competitor understanding and sponsorship management & leverage
- Conduct annual Brand Audit (SWOT)
- Build 1YP activity plan to deliver on commercial and brand objectives
- Development of relevant trade marketing materials and programs to communicate brand and drives sales in store/venue.
- Develop targeted strategies by channel and customer group to drive conversion
- Lead the development and implementation of promotional programs including staff incentives and consumer promotions in partnership with Sales team
- End to end management of Green Beacon’s social Media accounts (Facebook, Instagram) with a focus on driving brand awareness and venue visitation including.

**About you**:
You are a lover of craft beer and a team player. You have previous experience setting brand strategic direction and build plans to achieve this. With previous experience working across the brand Marketing space.
- Ability to build trade programs and execute across various channels, off premise, on premise, social media
- Demonstrated experience in key areas of marketing mix and tasks above
- Strong design and wordsmithing background.
- Someone who values the amazing opportunity to work with an industry icon and use as stepping stone to greater things (ambitious)
