**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

Due to exciting growth in the business, we are looking for a dynamic **Site facilitator **to join our team based in **Scoresby VIC **to provide an exceptional level of service to all our customers. This is a great opportunity that will see you travelling onsite to visit our customers and replenish vending machines, vendor managed inventory, consignment stock and Blackwoods onsite stores.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Strict adherence to all customer and company WHS policies and procedures
- Provide face to face customer support at customer sites
- Travelling to multiple customer sites to replenish vending machines, vendor managed inventory, consignment stock and Blackwoods onsite stores.
- Maintaining close contact with customers to ensure service levels are met
- Undertake stocktakes in accordance with company requirements

To be successful, you will have:

- Customer service or retail experience with warehousing knowledge an advantage
- A very strong commitment to safety
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers
- Ability to work unsupervised and demonstrated reliability
- Computer literate and excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- A valid driver’s vehicle license
