At Unilever ANZ, we have also embarked on something special: we are proud to be undertaking a 4 Day work week trial. This trial will see our staff retain 100 percent of their salaries, while working 80 percent of the time and delivering 100 percent of business outcomes. **The Training Coordinator role is designed to be fully functional in the 4-Day work week trial.**

**Job Summary**

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with leaders and employees to identify skill gaps, assess training requirements, and build training plans.
- Co-ordinate the training calendar and Trainer Assessor mobilisations (in alignment with on-site planning/ activities) to achieve training metrics and ROI.
- Maintain detailed and accurate record keeping of all training, inductions and assessments conducted, along with any other relevant documents where required including the skills matrix.
- Coordinate externally and internally delivered training and inductions as appropriate to the requirements of the position.
- Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs.
- Work with the HR or Training budget to ensure cost-effective training initiatives.
- Manage the Company Induction to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Build and maintain a training calendar, encompassing both a ‘Mandatory’ and ‘Development’ training schedule.
- Act as a point of contact for training-related enquiries and communicate training schedules and updates to participants.
- Provide support and guidance to staff undertaking courses and apprenticeships, monitor progress, and ensure successful completion.
- Facilitate training for employees as required.
- Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology.
- Assist in the creation and updating of training materials, manuals, and resources.

- Certificate IV in Assessing.
