**The Company**

We are looking for a highly motivated, confident, and ambitious individual to join our team located at Unilever, North Rocks.**_

This is a part-time opportunity for a customer-focused individual who can facilitate the seamless coordination of corporate and social events.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Meeting Room Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Setting up the room for all meetings and conferences related to IT equipment, room layout, and catering (ordering office supplies).
- Ensuring all meeting rooms are left in a tidy and reasonable manner following all meetings and events
- Coordination of all meeting room bookings by communicating with Unilever staff
- The smooth operation of all meetings
- Greeting visitors in a polite, friendly, and professional manner
- Maintaining awareness of the client's business
- Collaborating with the receptionist to create a smooth experience with the staff
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- Experience in being discreet when working with confidentiality and sensitive data
- Excellent communication skills
- Good customer service and communication skills
- The ability to demonstrate outstanding teamwork
- Positive attitude at all times and assist in keeping up staff morale
- To demonstrate the ability to multi-task and deliver on time.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite
