Reporting to the Scrum Master - Salesforce & Integration Practice as a “Functional Consultant” within a squad, your team’s mission is to build upon our brand-new next generation customer relationship management solution. You’ll leverage Salesforce to provide a number of capabilities across the organisation.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Participate in sessions with our internal customers and other team members to understand Business Requirements and Business Processes Analysis.
- Document detailed functional & technical requirements.
- Analyse data and execute data migration strategies and mapping
- Demonstrate solution prototypes
- Deliver prioritised features to optimise for both time to market and return on investment
- Support developers and technology leads in functional analysis of BAU issues

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- Bachelor Degree in an Information Systems discipline
- Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision making
- Advanced oral and written communication skills with ability to present and articulate using a variety of verbal, written and visual methods where appropriate to a diverse range of audiences.
- 5+ years Salesforce/CRM experience in enterprise environments
- 3+ years as a Salesforce Functional Consultant in enterprise environments
- Salesforce certifications are highly desired
