Your Nextt role

This role will be highly supported, from all levels of the business, meaning no issue will be yours alone, but if you thrive on providing creative solutions to some interesting challenges, you’ll find joy here.

You will be supporting people in their own homes and assisting with personal care and supporting more independent living. Training / buddy shifts will be provided, but some manual handling will be required.

This role will be supporting members of your Wacol community.

- Previous experience in a similar community setting, like Aged care or In home Support (not essential) or perhaps you cared for a family member

Prerequisite:
To be considered for this role the following credentials are required, you will hold those or be in a position to obtain them:

- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Working with Vulnerable People Card within QLD - Blue Card
- NDIS Working Screening Check - Yellow card
- NDIS Online Orientation Certificate
- Valid Australian Driver’s License
- Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance
- Current Right to Work within Australia
- Covid-19 Certificate
- **Mental Health experience**
