**About the role**
Play a vital part in supporting clients on their rehabilitation journey at **The Park Centre**. Shifts involve assisting with on-grounds and off-grounds leave, helping individuals develop emotional regulation, build new life skills, and re-engage with hobbies and structured routines. Be part of a team that makes a real difference in the lives of those striving for recovery and reintegration.

**Shifts**
- **Monday**: 9:00am - 4:00pm
- **Tuesday**: 9:00am - 1:00pm
- **Wednesday**: 9:30am - 5:30pm
- **Thursday**: 9:30am - 5:30pm
- **Friday**: 9:00am - 4:30pm

**Pay Rates**
**SCHADS Award B2.1 Casual Rates (before tax)**:

- Base hourly rate: $41.76
- Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $45.94
- Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $46.77
- Saturday: $58.47
- Sunday: $75.17
- Public holiday: $91.88

**Your Certificates and Licences**
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (Current)
- Working with Children Check (Current)
- Australian Driver's License
- Comprehensive Insurance on Vehicle
- NDIS Orientation Module - Quality, Safety and You
- First Aid and CPR (Current)

All employees will be required to comply with mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory where they work.
