About The RoleDue to exciting business growth at Whitehaven coal, we have an opportunity for an experienced Training Implementation Stream Lead to join the Whitehaven Coal People & Culture team.

Reporting to the Project Manager - Human Resources this role can be based in either our Sydney or Brisbane office and will require regular travel to various sites. This role will be a maximum term position of up to 9 months.
This role works closely with the People & Culture, Health and Safety teams and key business stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
As the Training Implementation Stream Lead you will be responsible for leading the training work stream during an important acquisition process.
The key focus of this role will be to successfully implement the LMS element of SuccessFactors working closely with our technology partners from design through to testing and implementation.
The role will also have accountability to understand the training requirements of the new business and identifying the training needs and solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the ability to:

- Develop and execute project plans
- Work proactively with multiple stakeholders
- Undertake analysis of the training being transferred from the Seller
- Undertake gap analysis

About You
- Experienced Project Training Manager ideally within mining, heavy industry, or construction environments
- SuccessFactors LMS experience
- Acquisition experience preferable
- Strong project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships at all levels
- Strong team player, with the ability to work autonomously
- Thrives in fast-paced environment with managing competing priorities.
- Proactive and solutions focused approach with a high level of attention to detail

This role is not a system design role, we are seeking someone that has experience conducting a training needs analysis to identify any gaps passed on from the seller and set up training requirements across Whitehaven.
