Job Description Summary

Reporting into the GM Talent and Capability, the Head of Learning will be responsible for leading our performance culture by continuing to develop and improve the capability of our people, with a key focus on our national workforce. This is an opportunity to transform the learning offering for our employees on the frontline, playing a crucial role in our project’s success.
About the Role

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Deliver learning strategy integrating the current corporate learning offering with the RTO offering
- Manage and lead the learning team
- Develop and implement a Communication Strategy to promote RTO learning offering both internally and externally
- Coordinate & manage different modes of training delivery including, but not limited to, content creation, production of eLearning packages and face to face training facilitation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve customer service and learner experience, including automation solutions, enquiry management and feedback
- Set the annual learning budget and business plan
- Overall governance of EnerSafe, ensuring that the RTO is always compliant with all Standards.

About you

To be successful in this role, you have a strategic mindset who enjoys driving change with strong stakeholder management skills.

We are seeking an individual who can provide commercially beneficial and practical solutions to a blue-collar workforce with demonstrated knowledge and experience with growing a learning function for a large organisation. You will also demonstrate and possess the following:

- Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
- 10 or more years working in a Learning role
- Proven experience in engaging and liaising with front line staff & supervisors / managers, senior managers, industry specialists, clients and regulatory authorities.
