Maintenance Officer

Melbourne, Australia MINOR Hotels Full time

We are currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated and reliable Maintenance Officer to join the team at Oaks Melbourne on Market Hotel on a Part Time or Casual basis with the ability to work 3 - 4 days per week. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance of guest rooms and public areas within the property.

**About the role**:

- Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required
- Provide induction and supervision of external contractors
- Implement the preventative maintenance program and Maintain daily work records and service schedules

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful you will require the following**:

- Previous hands-on all-round building maintenance experience
- A passion for delivering exceptional service
- Strong time management skills
- An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent interpersonal and communications
