**Job Description**:
Join Oaks Melbourne on William Suites as a full-time Maintenance Officer.

**Salary**: $55,484.00 per year + Super + Company Benefits

About the role:

- Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required;
- Ensure all common areas are clean and tidy
- Provide induction and supervision of external contractors;
- Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property;
- Maintain daily work records and service schedules

**Qualifications**:
Study for free and receive $1000*

Oaks Hotels will support you obtain a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Hospitality whilst you work with us.
- Receive a nationally recognised certificate
- Attend training during work hours
- Network with team members across hotels
- On completion, you will receive $1000 AUD

Successful applicants will have:

- Previous hands-on building maintenance experience;
- An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised.
