We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Project Procurement and Planning Coordinator who has strong communication and interpersonal skills to join Invetech.

What you will deliver

As a Project Procurement and Planning Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing transactional support to the project teams to ensure delivery requirements of components, services, and products to the business, in line with client/project critical path. You will work closely with Engineering project teams, as well as supporting key deliverables within the Supply Chain team. In addition, you will:
Obtain supplier quotations and coordinate the procurement of raw materials, components, equipment, supplies and services, to support the project side of the business

Exercise a good working knowledge of goods, services, and sources of supply to make purchases at prices consistent with quality and quantity requirements of the project teams, in line with Supply Chain team strategies

Providing support to the Engineering teams to help negotiate pricing, delivery, lead-time, etc., while maintaining good relationships with suppliers and service providers, in line with the Supply Chain strategy

Plan, schedule, and monitor goods and services to meet the requirements of the project, and update to ensure ERP system accuracy

Manage project open order book and work with team to support timely delivery

Work with goods receiving, finance and suppliers to reconcile discrepancies in receiving and invoicing

Support supplier non-conformances as directed by Quality and Purchasing teams, following up Supplier Corrective Action Reports and closing out Non-Conformance Reporting process (NCR)

Actively participate in the coordination of product life cycle plans, reporting, and inventory control

General office duties and admin support as required

What you will bring

You will have Project Procurement and Inventory Management experience with high-level attention to detail and the ability to hit the ground running. In addition, you will bring:
A high level of technical communication is required with development, production, and project managers to deliver efficient, timely supply.

High degree of organization, communication, and collaboration

Proactive/sense of urgency - identifying opportunities and risks to the business, using the appropriate level of urgency to address critical issues.

A continuous improvement mindset and best practice attitude are a must

Data administration skills
