Digital Marketing/Marketing

**Job Description**:
As a Digital Marketing/Marketing, you will deliver digital marketing strategies that generate global brand awareness, drive website traffic, and increase customer engagement. You will collaborate with our Global offices to create compelling content, manage social media platforms, optimize website performance, and execute digital campaigns to maximize our adoption activities.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance global brand visibility and engagement.

Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative approaches to optimize social media presence.
- Plan, Copywrite and Coordinate all social media platforms and scheduled posts
- Film and edit content for TikTok, Instagram and Youtube
- Engage with followers, respond to comments or inquiries, and manage Google business and review
- Regularly update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Work closely with global marketing teams to align marketing strategies and goals.
- Support the creation marketing materials, such as EDM’s, banners, brochures etc.
- Assist in design, brand, and content for company website and digital assets
- Monitor marketing metrics to evaluate results and recommend improvements

Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics

Technical knowledge of SEO, Pay-Per-Click advertising (PPC)

Proficiency in design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and/or Canva

Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate initiative as well as organizing and prioritizing work.

Enthusiasm and self-motivation are a must.

Excellent written and communication skills.

Understand the cosmetic beauty industry

Have experience with CRM systems including forming target lists and creating campaigns

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-24 per week

**Salary**: From $20.33 per hour
