**The opportunity**
Downers **Energy & Utilities**division have an opportunity for an experienced **Finance Analyst**to support the ANZ business. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will support the development and implementation of improved cash and working capital reporting, processes and controls.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity that will be based out of the Sydney, North Ryde office working alongside the closeknit and collaborative Finance & Accounting team.
**What you’ll do**
- Daily and weekly cash reporting and the tracking of cash and working capital balances across the E&U business.
- Actively engage and partner with BU finance teams across Australia and New Zealand to provide insights on cash and working capital trends including risks and opportunities.
- Assist with the development of reporting templates to improve the tracking, managing and forecasting of operating cash inflows, outflows, working capital balances and Capital expenditure at a contract level across the business.
- Report, reconcile and provide insight on monthly operational cash, working capital balances and CAPEX to management and relevant head office finance teams

**What we’re looking for**
The successful individual will have a strong understanding of the importance of cash and working capital management to an organisation. Above all, you will have an optimistic attitude and the ability to work within a dynamic team environment.
- Tertiary level qualification in Accounting or Commerce.
- 4+ years’ experience in accounting, treasury or business analysis within a medium or large commercial firm or accounting practice.
- Proven experience in excel analysis, data consolidation and reporting, and use of reporting systems.
- Prior experience in Working Capital, Cash and CAPEX reporting and forecasting is highly regarded.
- Significant exposure to ERP systems (JDE, SAP or Oracle preferred).
