The Risk Lead (Fraud and Integrity)is responsible for supporting the Head of Risk and Responsible Gambling in managing Betfair’s Fraud and sports/racing integrity functions. Possessing a leadership mindset, this role will be critical in driving and supporting change across these critical risk functions. This new opportunity is not one to be missed.

**With great progression, career development opportunities and the chance to work with the latest technology, a normal day in the role of the Risk Lead (Fraud and Integrity) includes**:

- Working with key Risk Investigations resources to optimise fraud and integrity controls, including: reporting, processes, policy and technology
- Overseeing fraud and integrity investigations
- Developing expertise in the Betfair Exchange - including supporting customer technology and processes
- Developing strong internal relationships with Betfair’s Customer Service, Responsible Gambling, AML, Customer Due Diligence and Legal Teams
- Proactively engaging with sports and racing partners to understand service delivery needs

**Requirements**:
**What we are looking for**:

- Someone with excellent people management skills, who has the ability to coordinate high-volume workloads across the fraud and integrity functions
- Someone who has experience in either a customer fraud, sports/racing integrity, investigations or compliance function
- Someone who is willing to be ‘hands on’ in a small, fast-paced team
- Someone with sound decision making and problem-solving ability across day-to-day business
- Someone with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Someone who has the ability to deliver projects, operating with independence and autonomy to meet deadlines

- Demonstrated experience in successfully leading and motivating high performing teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster excellent working relationships
- A real team player who will support other Risk functions as required
- Proficient in the use of standard IT Packages
- Availability to work a rotating roster, potentially including some weekends
