**THE ROLE - ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATION OFFICER**

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
The main responsibilities of the Accounts Administration Officer role include but are not limited to:

- Process payables invoices and create new vendors.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate and send out invoices to customers accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with management to resolve payables and receivables issues.
- Provide administrative support to various departments.
- Maintain accurate and organised financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
- Handle inquiries from clients and internal staff regarding financial matters.
- Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and handling phone calls.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Administration Officer
- Multiple years in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounts payable/receivable.
- Xero, Excel, and WMS experience.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and willingness to work with a high pace team.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software
- Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS Excel
- Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports
- Ability to accurately process numerical data
- Team management and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving attitude
