An excellent opportunity exists to join the Qld branch of a leading warehousing and distribution company located in Berrinba.
- Checking off of drivers paperwork & daily manifests.
- Booking in freight with stores & customer home deliveries
- Putting together Drivers manifest paperwork
- Replicating data into Transport program
- Liaise with all departments including drivers on the road
- Provision of customer service.
- General office duties.
- Have previous experience in managing multiple calls and enquiries
- Work well in a team environment.
- Have the ability to work in a high pressure environment.
- Possess an excellent phone manner.
- Have excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Be able to solve multiple problems.
- Demonstrate excellent computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Previous experience within the transport & logistics industry would be beneficial.

This is a full time position which is available for an immediate start.
Hours will be 9:00am - 5:00pm.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (required)
